Day 01
Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly greeted and transferred directly to Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic 2.5-hour drive away. This renowned park is famous for its tree-climbing lions and stunning landscapes, offering a rich diversity of wildlife, including flamingos, elephants, hippos, and a variety of bird species. Once inside the park, embark on an exciting game drive through its varied ecosystems, from lush forests to the sparkling soda lake. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the park, with your expert guide sharing fascinating insights about the unique flora and fauna. Day 02
Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, embark on a scenic 1-hour drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Once at the crater, descend into this UNESCO World Heritage Site for a full-day game drive. You’ll have the chance to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo, in this unique landscape. As you explore the crater’s diverse ecosystems—from grasslands to lakes teeming with flamingos—your guide will share fascinating insights about the area’s history and ecology. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the crater, surrounded by the beauty of the wildlife. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater walls and return to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and a restful evening.

Once inside the park, enjoy an exhilarating game drive as you explore its diverse terrain, home to a wealth of wildlife. From the vast herds of elephants to the majestic lions, graceful giraffes, and an array of vibrant birdlife, every moment promises to be an unforgettable encounter with nature. A leisurely picnic lunch within the park allows you to recharge while soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. In the afternoon, continue your exploration before concluding your adventure in this incredible park. After your final game drive, you’ll begin your journey to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport for your onward flight.
